Q. What if my ordered item(s) is not in stock? 

A. On the extremely rare occasion an item(s) is out of stock you will be contacted by e-mail with an estimated delivery date.


Q. When will my order be sent?

A. Orders are normally dispatched Mon-Fri before 12 noon. Orders received after this time will be sent the following WORKING day. We do not ship orders at weekends or on bank holidays. Please allow extra time during busy periods. We ARE NOT held responsible for delays in delivery. 


Q. How will my order be sent? 

A. We use local mail delivery service. Please allow some extra time for some remote parts, where deliveries take more time than usual. The majority of parcels are sent using first class service. Please note that we ARE NOT held responsible for delays in delivery if the mail company fails to deliver on time. Please contact us if you want Registere service, EMS or Express service via courier.


Q. I have a faulty product. What do I do?

A. If the product is under 14 days old you can return it to us in “as new” condition and we will exchange it for new. If the product is over 14 days old and falls within the manufacturers guarantee we will repair the item and return it to you as soon as possible. Guarantee lengths vary from item to item. Please check your guarantee card which came with your product.

Refunds.

We DO NOT sell products on a trial basis. In the event that you are not satisfied with a purchase you may return UNUSED & UN-OPENED goods within 14 days for a full refund (excluding delivery charges).
